Create your DRINK using at least one of the following products:

  • Amarena Fabbri (fruit or syrup)
  • Amarena Fabbri Mixybar syrup
  • bitter Marendry Fabbri

Remember that you can use up to 5 ingredients and offer alcoholic, non-alcoholic, coffee, tea or other ingredients. Any decorations, toppings and sides will not be counted in the 5 ingredients.

Homemade syrup preparations are excluded.
Indicate the name of the recipe and describe it briefly in English.
Barladies from all over the world can participate, except Italy, Republic of San Marino, Spain, Cyprus, Romania, China, Singapore, Korea, UAE (United Arab Emirates) and Nigeria. For these areas, go to the dedicated section.

Voting Methods and Criteria
1. Taste and balance (based on the ingredients indicated by the participant): score from 1 to 10 - 40% weight;
2. Appearance and presentation: score from 1 to 10 - 10% weight;
3. Effectiveness of the accompanying text (short description in English): score from 1 to 10 - 30% weight;
4. Replicability (assessment of the recipe's reproducibility in terms of number of ingredients, availability on the national territory, execution times and drink cost): score from 1 to 10 - 10% weight;
5. Recipe preparation technique: Score from 1 to 10 points - 10%weight;
6. Votes obtained online: the three drinks/cocktails/beverages that are most voted for by online users, according to the methods described above, will be assigned the following increases with respect to the individual score achieved:
+10% to the most voted of the 3
+7.5% per second most voted of the 3
+5% to the third most voted of the 3

    Making cocktails is like making love and that’s exactly how I want to make you feel when you drink this cocktail. 
    For this cocktail every single ingredient is a piece of a puzzle that creates a sensation I like to call “Aphrodite Phenomenon”. 
    Love makes you feel a unique way, as unique as the distinctive taste of the Amarena Fabbri syrup. Love is intense and passionate too, bacanora gives the same intensity with it’s strong and particular smoky flavour. Love is also sweet and delicate, it elevates you to the sky and you get lost between the clouds so the best way to represent this is with sweet and delicate foam of homemade orgeat. For the final touch I add refreshing and citrusy notes that are going to give our drink the perfect balance.

    Hello, My name is Ivana Srbinovski, and I will present restaurant SITI from Belgrade, Serbia.I am big fun of Italian cult movies especeally Godfather. As we know cocktail Godfather is half Italian drink and remind me on my favorire movie so i decide to make twis of that one and named him as one of may favorite actore from same movie, Carlo Rizzi. The mix of classic Godfather and amarena cherrys with bith of cherry bitter and burned cinamone is giveing harmony of old school taste and refreshing moment. That why I decide to put simple garnish and old rock glass which is giveing old school look who is matching with perfect taste. I think that this drink is amazin as aperitiv and enjoying time with friends.

    My motivation started with an old culture that was regenerated over the last years around Europe, the early drinking philosophy. This gives a new meaning to the low alcohol drinks and aperitif.

    Drinking for pleasure along with the combination of fine dinning exploring unique flavours and aromas that so generously the Mediterranean culture are full of!

    Amarena cherries and Marendry bitter, mastiha, lime, bergamont and flowery notes are combined to create this extrordinary Spritz.

    After placing the amarena cherries and sugar in the shaker, Brulee them with a torch. Add the rest of the ingredients along with ice and shake. The Brulee caramelizes the sugar and cherries giving more character to the cocktail. My inspiration for this recipe comes from the reasons I became a Bartender in the first place, creativity, communication and entertainment.

    My cocktel is inspired by woman and the mix of cultures.

    The energy that women have to do things and achieve everithing we propose and highlight in diferents activities but also we are characterized be having that feminin and sweet touch represented by the liquor Maraschino Cherry Syrup. 

    In adittion, this cocktail is characterized by the mixture of cultures representing México with mezcal and Italy with Amarena Fabbri.

    I always liked to try different flavors and meet new culture different from this I've been raised of...so my inspiration for this drink was to mix ingredients from five different continents (bourbon from America,Tasmania pepper from Oceania,sake from Asia,rooibos from Africa and of course amarena cyrup from Italy, Europe)that are totally unique but they can give you a balanced taste...the point of this drink was to give you a taste from the whole world cause I think that every single flavor in this drink can give something extra..also I used salt water cause as the earth can't exist without water,my opinion for this drink is that the salt water unifies all the other ingredients

    " Il Vival Rosso " es un cóctel equilibrado, fresco, con notas dulces y armoniosas que bien puede ser tomado en un día caluroso o un día fresco haciendo referencia a su característico cabello rojo y a la pasión que lo llevo a ser muy bueno en lo que hacía, cosa con la que me identifico al estar detrás de una barra y ponerle pasión a lo que hago.

    "Il Vival Rosso" Is a balanced cocktail, fresh, with sweet and harmonious notes, which can be taken on a hot day like a cold one. The color of the drink refers to the characteristic red hair of famous Vivaldi. And especially with the passion that led him to success. I also feel identified when I'm behind the barstool.

    I wanted to make a seriouse coctail that everybody would like. Seriouse but drinkable, bitter but sweet. So I made a combination with French cognac and vermuth with Italian bitter and syrup. So there is the name sottosopra which means up and down. It connects France whit Italy and that bitter and sweet moment in my coctail. It is a perfect match.
